Dear the Leader of Hotel Kun Lun,
My name is Ho Ping, and I engaged in art industry. I’m very excited to write express my thanks to you and your employee Liu Yuan yuan. I still remember the afternoon 19th.september 2014,about at 4 o’clock p.m. ,my partner and I were meeting our director Mr.Zhao to disguss some work at the coffee shop in the hotel .After 5:30 p.m. ,we left the hotel. Until after 11:00 p.m. I found my bag had missing, then I searched it anxiously, because there is 30,000 dollar to pay for actors!
I am not a careful person, so I have lost so many things in these years. Later I arrived at all places I had gone on the day, last, I drived to your hotel, and your employee Liu Yuan yuan told me she picked up a bag, then handed it in her head, and constantly consoled me :Don’t worry, it’s ok. On the second day, I get my bag back successfully. It really touched my heart, and I really thanks for you and your employees. Kunlun hotel is really an five-star hotel! Thank you very much!

Comfy and Easy Access
Asked for a non smoking room and King bed. It looks like it was newly furbished and everything is still new. Bed is big and comfy, not the normal Asian size king bed.
Breakfast spread is huge and reception/concierge is very helpful with information and cab is easy to hail at anytime of the day.
30mins walk to Sanlitun Village or RMB15 on cab ride. There isn't a local attraction nearby so if you're there for tourist itinerary, find another hotel.
Very Good Hotel In Beijing
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Located in the Chaoyang District, not too far from the airport. Many other large hotels close by. Nicely furnished rooms (I stayed twice within a couple of days in Beijing and chose to come back to Kunlun Hotel). Very attentive & friendly staff. I also went to their spa, which also provided a very good service. Breakfast a little light on Western style food, but when one travels one obviously needs to be a bit flexible, so I don´t want to hold that against them.
An Excellent Hotel
Hotel Kunlun is an excellent hotel. It's an elegant and stylish building with first class service, a number of restaurants to choose from, a great breakfast and very comfortable rooms. I would be happy to go back anytime and warmly recommend it to business travellers in Beijing.
